Wine Characteristics
Destemming, maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature for at least 10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in large 1000 liter barrels.
Soft, velvety and elegant, it is characterized by pleasant hints of red fruits, typical of grapes and a caress of vanilla that derives from the contact between wine and wood.
Pairings with red meats, game and aged cheeses. Suggested serving temperature is 18°-20°C (64°-68° F) .
