Wine Characteristics
After a soft pressing of the bunches, the must is fermented slowly in order to respect the characteristics of this delicate grape. The aging on the yeasts takes place in steel tanks for a few months.
Straw yellow in color, it is characterized by delicate citrus notes.
The freshness and minerality make it pleasant as an aperitif wine or as an accompaniment to fish and shellfish dishes. Suggested serving temperature is 8°-10°C (46°-50° F) uncorking just before serving.
