We add to our white wine made with Cortese and Sauvignon a blend of herbs and spices from Piedmont.
Color: red garnet. Smell: herbs, organge peel, red fruits, black pepper and clove. Taste: it’s mouth-embracing and warm with a finally bitter note.
You can drink it as a digestive or use it to prepare spicy cocktails suitable for all seasons. Suggested serving temperature is 12°-14°C (54°-57° F) uncorking just before serving.
Andrea’suggestion: taste it with prawns, shrimp cocktail, oysters, sushi or simply with an orange slice and a bowl of chips!
