Wine Characteristics
We hand-pick Moscato grapes and let them dry slowly in crates, when they have reached the desired degree of dehydration we press them and let them ferment in wooden barrels, the same ones we will use for a short aging of a few months.
Color: straw yellow with golden hues. Smell: notes of peach, orange zest, dried white flowers, dried apricot. It’s bright, sweet and well-balanced
Suggested serving temperature is 12° – 14°C (54°-58° F) uncorking just before serving.
It accompanies dry pastries, hazelnut cake, cream cupcake.
