After a soft pressing of the bunches, the must is fermented slowly in order to respect the characteristics of the grape. The aging on the yeasts takes place in steel tanks for a three months.
Straw yellow in color, it is characterized by mineral notes with hints of sea. It’s complex and salty.
The freshness and minerality make it pleasant as an aperitif wine or as an accompaniment to fish and vegetable dishes. Suggested serving temperature is 8°-10°C (46°-50° F) uncorking just before serving.
