Wine Characteristics
After the soft pressing of the grapes and the controlled temperature processing, the wine is aged on the noble yeasts for several months. The slow fermentation in the autoclave makes it fresh and pleasant.
Sparkling wine characterized by delicate hints of apple with delicate notes of mint. Expresses its pleasantness and freshness when young.
Excellent as an aperitif for all sparkling moments and goes perfectly with fish dishes. Suggested serving temperature is 6°-8°C (43°-47° F) uncorking just before serving.
